About Nicole

Having grown up in an active family and community, Nicole is a strong believer in the importance of moving throughout all stages of life.

As a former competitive soccer player who moved to other recreational sports such as rock climbing and mountain biking, Nicole has first-hand experience with injuries and the role they play on our well-being.

Nicole knows injuries are more than physical setbacks, and understands the further negative effects injury can have on mental health and quality of life.

Through her physiotherapy practice, Nicole strives to help individuals recover quickly, giving them the tools for lasting recovery as well as prevention from future injury.

Mobility-minded

Nicole's practice focuses on intently listening to her patients and creating individualized treatment plans. She helps her patients to regain or improve their mobility with the goal of returning them to their baseline level of activity and function or higher.

She enjoys treating all ages of patients seeking to recover or improve their mobility. Nicole offers a range of experience treating a wide array of injuries from shoulder, neck, and back pain, to hand, hip, and knee injuries.

Active & balanced

Nicole strongly believes that by staying active and moving in whatever way is meaningful to each individual person, enjoyment and well-being is fostered.

Following her own advice has recently brought Nicole to Nanaimo in search of a more active and balanced lifestyle.
