How can Pinpoint help?

Pinpoint is a multidisciplinary health clinic with a primary goal to restore, maintain, and maximize your strength, function, movement, and overall well-being.

We accomplish this goal by using a variety of skills and techniques that combine hands-on treatments with self-care and educational components. Pinpoint provides a science-based fusion of in-depth knowledge on how the human body works and specialized, hands-on clinical skills.

A physician’s referral is not required to access any of the healthcare services offered at Pinpoint.

What role does client education play at Pinpoint?

The education of our patients plays a critical role in the recovery process.

Why we do it

Our therapists use the best-available scientific evidence to guide their treatments. And the evidence shows that an educated patient has:

  1. A much greater chance of recovery; and
  2. A reduced likelihood of re-injury

That’s why we include an educational component as part of our practice: it helps us best achieve the common goals of our clinic and our clients.

How we include it

The educational component of recovery at Pinpoint often includes:

  • Providing a detailed diagnosis
  • Explaining the specific physiology of your condition
  • Learning exercises and correct form
  • Instruction on self-management techniques for chronic conditions (like arthritis)
  • Postural correction
  • And many other aspects of care!
